Among them, liver pathology plays a pivotal role. Liver pathology is the cornerstone of people's understanding of liver diseases, and people's understanding of the concept and classification of liver diseases is also based on morphological features. So far, percutaneous liver biopsy is still regarded as the most important traumatic examination method in clinical hepatology. The description of the characteristics of the obtained specimen under the microscope is the most direct observation of the pathological process of the patient. Therefore, in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of various liver diseases in our hospital, and to cooperate with the scientific research work of our hospital, liver biopsy is now being carried out. Liver biopsy (Liverbiopsy), referred to as liver biopsy, is a simple method to take liver tissue samples. Histological examination of the tissue mass obtained from the puncture is made into smears for cytological examination to identify unexplained hepatomegaly and certain blood system diseases.

Постоје многе методе пункције за биопсију јетре, као што су општа пункција јетре, пункција трокара, аспирација лобуларном иглом, брза пункција јетре, итд. Ове методе имају своје предности и мане.
